We have the pleasure of inviting you to attend the 3rd Annual General Meeting of The Rural Agency Store Advisory Society, which will be held on Tuesday, April 9th, 2013 at 9 A.M at the The Coast Capri Hotel Kelowna, BC. (Booking information – pg. 2)
Do you want to know how you can benefit from the recent and upcoming changes to the liquor industry? Are you a current member of the RASAS and are you taking advantage of the benefits that this organization has achieved for you? The Board of Directors has been working diligently to increase YOUR bottom line. Attend the AGM to listen to recent accomplishments and talk to any one of the board members. This is the time to ask questions and learn how to make your business a more profitable one.

If you stay the night on April 8th, included in the cost of your room is a Full Hot Buffet Breakfast served daily in Vintner’s Poolside grill from 6 AM - 9:30 AM.
Membership registration will begin at 8:30 A.M. – 9 A.M. Coffee and tea available.
General Meeting will start promptly at 9 A.M. – 12 P.M.

4) Elections: All directors’ seats are up for election. Anyone may nominate any society member to be a director.
(Voting is allowed by members only – if you wish to become a paid member at this meeting, registration forms will be made available to you.)
5) Adjournment by motion.

These rooms are on hold so please register before March 8, 2012. After that date the rooms are not guaranteed.
Room rates are comfort room $99, or superior queen or superior king $119 for April 8 & 9, 2013.
- Rates include a Full Hot Buffet Breakfast served daily in Vintner’s Poolside grill from 6 AM - 9:30 AM
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional adult occupying the same room is $10 per night. Children under the age of 18 years of age stay free, in the same room as the paid adult.
- Room rates are net, non-commissionable.
a) Negotiated room rates are available to our guests 3 days pre/post actual convention dates. Check in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 noon.
b) Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to taxes.
c) No show reservations will be charged one night’s room rental fee. An early departure fee of $70.00 per room for group bookings will be made for guests departing before their confirmed departure dates. Guests will be exempt from this charge if they change their departure dates prior to check in or at time of check in.
d) Room Release & Reservation cut-off date: March 8, 2013. All guest rooms will be returned to the hotels inventory on this date. Each guest room reservation should be guaranteed by a valid credit card, or to the master account (if approved by hotel). Should the guest room not be guaranteed, the hotel reserves the right to release the guest room back for re-sale, 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Individual guest rooms within the block may be cancelled up to 4 PM two days prior to the initial arrival date of the group, without penalty. Cancellations after this point will be billed to the party who has guaranteed the reservation.
